Learn About The Small Swiss Cheese Manufacturers

While on the recent International Federation of Agricultural Journalists trip to Switzerland I got to interview Anton Schmutz, the director of Fromarte, the Swiss organization of small cheese manufacturers.

Anton says that the cheese made by his members is very different than most since it’s done using only natural ingredients and mostly hand processed. I do like the way he says “Le Gruyere.”
