Mike-Brown-300dpiDirector of Dairy Economics and Policy for Glanbia Foods, Inc., Michael L. Brown, will be the keynote speaker for the 56th Annual Meeting of National All-Jersey Inc. The event takes place June 27 in Alexandria, Virginia’s historic district.

Glanbia Foods is the largest American-style cheese manufacturer and among the largest whey ingredient producers in the United States. The company manufactures highly-acclaimed cheeses and nutritional ingredients for customers worldwide.

Brown has over 25 years of experience in U.S. and dairy trade policy, milk pricing and farm and plant economics. In addition to analyzing both domestic and international dairy markets for Glanbia, he coordinates its work on economic and trade regulatory issues and manages Glanbia’s other U.S. dairy policy initiatives.

Registration for the 2014 AJCA-NAJ Annual Meetings is open on the US Jersey website. Deadline for hotel reservations at the convention rate is June 3.

National All-Jersey’s mission is two-fold: to increase the value of and demand for Jersey milk and to promote equity in milk pricing. It is the only organization that represents milk marketing concerns for owners of a single dairy breed.
