Learners also will delve into the sometimes-mysterious world of fresh beef cuts. In this section of the game, matching beef cuts to end products in a prepared meal gives students a glimpse of the variety available in supermarket meat departments.

Along with the game, a lesson plan helps students create a nutritious meal using beef. An activity sheet paired with the game explores the many different products that come from cattle, including baseball gloves, shampoo and crayons!

Grocery Grab is sponsored by the Beef Checkoff. It is the second Beef Checkoff-funded game launched by the American Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture in 2015.
