wi-dairy-school 2016 will mark the 12th annual Alltech Wisconsin Dairy School, held Thursday, Dec. 3 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lambeau Field, Green Bay, Wisconsin. This year’s theme, “One Team, One Dream,” urges dairy industry professionals to come together and strategize in collaboration towards creating a better dairy industry.

Wisconsin Dairy School is a day dedicated to farmers, nutritionists and industry professionals, giving them opportunities to learn from experts on the latest innovations, practical concepts, marketing trends, and management tools used in today’s dairy industry.

The program will feature a wide variety of presentations by individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and professions, each focusing on a different important aspect of teamwork. This year’s featured guest speaker is former Green Bay Packer William Henderson, who played 12 seasons for the team as a fullback. Often called “Old Reliable,” Henderson boasted a reputation for consistent play. He was also selected as Green Bay’s 2001 “Unsung Hero,” given to him in recognition of his efforts both on the field and in the community. Henderson will present on “The respect of teamwork.”
