MHF-Payne The Midwest Horse Fair has confirmed that two popular clinicians will return for the upcoming event, held in Madison, WI from April 15-17, 2016. Wild west show performer John S. Payne, a lifelong cowboy and rancher, lost his right arm in an electrocution accident at the age of 20, while working on the Shidler, Oklahoma ranch he grew up on.
