  • The American Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture produces Farm a Month kits to help students learn where their food comes from and who grows it. The Pre K – elementary resource includes 12 activities that feature a different commodity along with 12 letters from farmers who own that type of operation, a US map and stickers of the commodity and farmer to place on the map.
  • North Carolina State University recently received a $27,205 student recruiting grant from the USPOULTRY Foundation. The grant was made possible by an endowing gift from the Stanley Frank Family Foundation. These funds enable the school to convey the value of a degree in poultry science to future potential students and subsequently recruit those students into our programs here in the Prestage Department of Poultry Science
  • BioZyme® recently hired Lori Colsten of St. Joseph, MO as its Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator. In her new position, Colsten is responsible for providing premiere customer service to all BioZyme dealers and customers and assisting with expediting claims, helping with orders and building customer relationships.
  • Mark your calendars for April 27th through 29th, 2016 for the Grassfed Exchange Conference. “Regenerating Lives One Farm at a Time” will serve as this year’s theme and it will take place at the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter, Perry Georgia.
