During the International Production and Processing Expo I have interviewed several of the team members for our sponsor, Novus International. First up on the list is Luis Azevedo. Luis currently serves as General Manager, Latin America and Africa for Novus. He is seen greeting customers in the Novus booth.
Luis wants to show Expo attendees how broad based the solutions are that Novus is now offering. He refers to them as partners who work with Novus to produce quality animal protein.
I asked him how Novus works to address some key issues that have been on the top of the consumers minds about eating meat. These include sustainability, food safety and traceability. Of course, Novus is a company that has had a long term commitment to sustainability.
