It seems like we just reported on the new CME cash-settled butter futures contract and now we have new information. CME, along with the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) are co-sponsoring a series of free workshops around the nation this autumn.
“This educational program will provide an in-depth look at this innovative risk management tool, which could be of great value to our industry,” said IDFA Chief Economist Bob Yonkers, PhD. “IDFA has consistently supported the creation and use of risk management tools, so we strongly encourage all companies involved in the market to register now for this primer.”
