We can never have too many cheese products and the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board just announced some new ones.
Beechwood Cheese Co., Uncle Charlie’s Chicken Soup Cheese, Chuckwagon Cheddar and Chipotle Ole – Beechwood Cheese Co. uses traditional Wisconsin cheesemaking methods to craft some of the state’s most unconventional cheese varieties. These uncommon cheeses – with off-beat names – recently caught the attention of Jamie and Bobby Deen, stars of the Food Network’s new program, “Road Tasted.”
VOD Gourmet LLC, WhiskeyBLUE™, WhineyBLUE™ and Asiago Fresco GINBERRY™ – VOD Gourmet has partnered with one of Wisconsin’s outstanding cheese manufacturers, Roth Käse, to create two spirited Blue cheeses featuring smoky Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey and smooth California Port Wine. Asiago Fresco GINBERRY™ is another VOD Gourmet Wisconsin Cheese masterpiece aged with imported European juniper berries.
Sugar Brook Farms, CheddaBlu™, CheddaDew™, and CheddaBrew™ – Sugar Brook Farms has introduced a new line of unique cheese spreads crafted from Aged Wisconsin Cheddar and cream cheese. CheddaBlu combines the rich flavor of Blue cheese with the classic of Cheddar. CheddaDew features Peppadew™, a sweet and savory South African fruit. CheddaBrew melds two Wisconsin favorites, Bock beer and Cheddar.
Nasonville™ Dairy, Feta Cheeses – Nasonville™ Dairy recently added eight new mouthwatering flavors to their award-winning Wisconsin Feta cheese line-up. These all-natural Fetas add extra zest to salads and appetizers. The new Feta flavors include: Feta cheese original, Feta cheese with jalapeño peppers, peppercorn, garlic and herbs, basil and tomato, dill, black pepper and oregano.
DCI Cheese Company, Timber Lake Aged and Flavored Cheddar – DCI has repackaged and expanded its Timber Lake Aged and Flavored Cheddar line to include two new flavors, Garden Vegetable and Salsa. Additional Timber Lake Cheddar varieties include Extra Sharp, Special Reserve (aged 18 months) and Private Reserve (aged 3 years). An upscale package features an eye catching lake scene with the sun burning brightly as it sets over the water. The Special and Reserve Cheddars are wrapped in a sophisticated parchment paper. This entire line of superior Wisconsin Cheeses has been reshaped in a convenient bar form.
Arla Foods’ Holland Farm Reserve Gouda – Made with superior Wisconsin cow’s milk, Arla’s Holland Farm Reserve Gouda is formed in wheels and encased in black wax. The label was recently redesigned to better reflect this product’s superb taste, but Holland Farm’s Reserve Gouda’s unforgettable flavor remains the same. All of Reserve Gouda’s palatable charms can still be savored.
Saputo Cheese USA, Frigo® – Saputo Cheese USA’s Frigo® brand of Ricotta cheeses now features the Wisconsin Cheese Pride logo. Since 1938, Frigo has been the leading brand of high-quality Ricotta, Mozzarella and Italian-style hard cheeses. Made with fresh, creamy Wisconsin milk, Frigo Ricotta will enhance any Italian meal favorite, including lasagna, pastas dishes and desserts.

Good afternoon.
My boyfriend and I were introduced to Sugar Brook Farms ‘Cheddabrew’ at a Winn Dixie store on a taste test. It was WONDERFUL! Since then, we have been unable to find it anywhere. Can you tell us where we can find it in Pensacola, FL? Or can we order it online?
Thank you so much and have a great evening.
