The Center for Dairy Excellence is offering 50 scholarships for first-time participants to attend the Pennsylvania Dairy Summit, scheduled for Feb. 7 – 8, 2007, at the Lancaster Host Resort in Lancaster, Pa. The scholarships offset the registration cost by $100 per participant, giving producers a valuable educational opportunity.

The Dairy Summit, hosted by the Professional Dairy Managers of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Dairy Stakeholders, has become the premiere dairy educational event in the state. The Pennsylvania Dairy Task Force, Penn State Dairy Alliance and the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture are supporting partners for the Summit, which offers a mix of ‘big-picture’ general session topics and more hands-on management focused breakouts.
