Dairy producers can learn how to create value-added products on the farm during a unique niche marketing trade show. The ‘Blue Ribbon Cows Making Blue Ribbon Cheese, Ice Cream and More’ event will be held on Sept. 17 from 1- 8 p.m. at the All-American Dairy Show at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex & Expo Center in Harrisburg.
