As experts in the agricultural industry, we know better than most how the food we eat each day made it to our plate. For those who don’t have a knowledge of agriculture, there is a new show on the Food Network called “How’d That Get On My Plate?” One recent episode featured milk being made into mint chocolate chip ice cream in Modesto, Calif., string cheese in Wisconsin and chocolate in Chicago.
