KRAFT Singles is bringing smiles to grilled cheese lovers through entertainment and free food, culminating at the Seventh Annual Grilled Cheese Invitational (GCI), the world’s largest grilled cheese competition.
Beginning April 6, enthusiasts can share why grilled cheese makes them smile. Five hundred winners will be randomly selected each week. Drawings will be held on April 13, April 20, April 27 and May 4. Each winner will receive a coupon for a FREE pack of KRAFT Singles to help them celebrate one of America’s favorite sandwiches. National Grilled Cheese Month is the perfect time to get “cheesy” and experiment with creative ingredients and new ways to enjoy variations on the classic recipe. In addition to the prize offer, KRAFT Singles will be the title sponsor of the national Grilled Cheese Invitational for the second consecutive year. The competition features professional and amateur chefs preparing their inspired takes on the iconic sandwich. While watching the chefs in action, an expected 5,000 attendees will enjoy FREE grilled cheese sandwiches made with KRAFT Singles. The GCI, which began as a small gathering of friends, has exponentially grown into the world’s largest celebration of grilled cheese. The event will take place on April 25 in Los Angeles.
