Congratulations to Jessie Ingvalson, the new Laboratory Intern at Accelerated Genetics.
In her new position Ingvalson will assist with semen extending, freezing, quality evaluation, record keeping and data management for special projects. She recently graduated from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a degree in Animal Science-Pre-Veterinary Medicine.
Ingvalson grew-up on her family’s 140-cow Holstein operation in Caledonia, Minn. While in college she completed an internship as an Assistant Herdsman on a 350-cow Holstein operation. She has already become involved with Accelerated Genetics by volunteering at the 18th Annual Accelerated Genetics Dairy Cattle Judging Contest.
