Congratulations to Todd Kranz for being named the chief development officer at Select Sires Inc.
In this position, Kranz will direct and manage revenue generation planning, lead the execution of strategic business and marketing plans and oversee customer service strategies and product management execution.
Kranz has a long, successful career in business development leadership. After graduating with distinction from the dairy science honors program at The Ohio State University, Kranz owned and operated a dairy farm in northern Ohio. The farm was later transitioned to a family member, and Kranz began his career in the A.I. industry where he managed local, regional and national sales teams for 22 years. Most recently he was employed by Cargill AgHorizons as the greater Ohio farm service group sales leader. Kranz also has a Master of Science degree in management from the Krannert School of Business at Purdue University.
Kranz and his wife Kelly live in Dublin, Ohio, and have two grown children, Ryan and Erin. He is an active member of the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, where he is a past council president. Kranz is a past board member of the North American Intercollegiate Dairy Challenge and currently serves on the Muirfield Country Club Foundation board of directors. He has been recognized by The Ohio State University College of Food, Agriculture and Environmental Sciences as a recipient of the Meritorious Service to Students award and the Distinguished Alumni award.
