Grate. Pair. Share. has launched it’s Spring/Summer 2015 issue, filled with recipes for warm-weather entertaining. The award-winning online magazine from the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board is sharing beer cocktails and cheese pairings that are as simple as they are refreshing.
A taco tour of Milwaukee unearths some surprising new flavors and preparations inspired by some of the city’s most exciting chefs. Find inventive recipes such as Wisconsin Brat and Fried Cheese Curd Tacos, Chipotle-Lime Rotisserie Chicken Tacos, and Black Bean and Mozzarella Tacos.
