Here’s the next interview in our series on winners of the New Holland 1st Cut Competition. Chuck spoke by phone with Jimmy Parker from Mississippi who submitted this photo with the caption – NH baler so fast…Got finished in time to GO FISHING!

There in Southeast Mississippi, Jimmy runs about a 100 head of beef cattle and operates a complete fleet of New Holland tractors and balers. Jimmy first heard about the competition from his local dealership and then later read it in a brochure that was sent out. His kids and wife helped him plan and snap his winning entry and the photo easily puts a smile on your face.

Each winner of the 1st Cut Competition receives a one-year lease or the first 1,500 bales, whichever comes first on a New Holland Roll-Belt 450 Silage Special. The day Chuck spoke with Jimmy was actually the day the baler was suppose to be delivered. He was clearly excited to see how it would operate.
