The 2016 Midwest Horse Fair has announced another addition to the impressive roster of clinicians for the 2016 event: Cowboy and reining extraordinaire Aaron Ralston will be there, providing audiences with exhilarating performances, as well as insightful and informative clinics.
A top-ranked professional trainer of open horses, Ralston also coaches a large non-pro and youth clientele. He is an experienced clinician, boasting a resume of clinics performed, taught, and conducted at horse expositions throughout the US, Canada, and Europe.
It was his upbringing on his family’s cattle ranch in Colorado’s Western Slope that taught Ralston the importance of the traditions and knowledge of the working ranch cowhand. After spending some time riding as an apprentice for NRHA Hall of Fame Trainer and NRHA Futurity Champion Doug Milholland in Oklahoma, he moved back to the Western Slope to establish his own training business, Ralston Ranch. He and his wife, Meg, have built Ralston Ranch into the thriving business it is today.
