pork checkoff The Pork Checkoff has teamed up with Haylie Duff to create a one-of-a-kind Easter menu to show pork lovers how they can freshen up some familiar holiday favorites this Easter.

“Easter is a holiday where ham reigns supreme,” said Randy Brown, chair of the Pork Checkoff Domestic Marketing Committee and a pork producer from Nevada, Ohio. “It is also a time when cooks can unlock and explore new flavors. Pork makes that easy to accomplish because it has unlimited possibilities.”

The Pork Checkoff teamed up with Duff, actress, cookbook author and host of “The Real Girl’s Kitchen” on the Cooking Channel, to inspire consumers with a multitude of ways to re-envision and ramp up their Easter celebrations. Each of Duff’s recipes incorporate timeless Easter ingredients, such as ham, fresh herbs and potatoes, and remodel them into creative, modern preparations.

Prosciutto-Wrapped Pork Roast with White Wine and Herbs, Ham and Smoked Gouda Biscuits with Maple Butter and Ham Stacks Au Gratin with Thyme are a few of the menu’s delicious new recipes, and Duff also revealed how she plans to put together her Easter table on Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram.
