Pacific Ag has hired Brook Holstein Campbell to lead sales efforts to the beef and dairy industry in the High Plains. Pacific Ag’s large scale operations and proven sustainable harvesting techniques result in a low ash product that can be delivered year-round, enabling dairies and feedyards a steady supply of affordable roughage that can now be secured on multi-year, fixed price contracts.
Holstein Campbell brings more than 15 years of experience and relationships from across the livestock industry to Pacific Ag. Born and raised in Western Kansas, she graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness. Her career in the livestock and beef industry includes serving as an Auditor for IMI Global , where she worked hand in hand with growers, feeders and finishers on production practices and procedues. She held a series of sales and brand management positions with Cargill Meat Solutions, where she managed the company’s multi-million dollar beef and pork sales account with companies including McDonald’s and SYSCO.
“I’m thrilled to be joining the team at Pacific Ag,” said Campbell. “We have a great opportunity to offer financial benefits to growers as well as nutritional and cost benefits to feedlots and dairies, all through a common sense and sustainable approach to agriculture. I know from experience how important it is to the livestock industry to have a predictable and low cost supply of fiber, and Pacific Ag is well suited to meet those needs.”
