As the summer continues to heat up, the minds behind Alltech are hosting a webinar on heat stress next week. Join Dr. Carlo Angelo Sgoifo Rossi, of the University of Milan, for a discussion on strategies to minimize the effects of heat stress and practical solutions to implement on your beef farm.

The webinar will focus on understanding how to spot the signs of heat stress in beef cattle, learning how nutrition can impact heat stress, implementing strategies to manage heat stress. and improving overall cattle performance.

Rossi has a Ph.D. in veterinary biotechnology, as well as postgraduate qualifications in agronomy science and animal nutrition. He is an associate professor at the Department of Veterinary Science and Technology for Food Safety at the University of Milan, and has written more than 150 scientific and technical papers.

The webinar will be held Tuesday, July 5, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. GMT, 3:00 p.m. BST (10 a.m. ET)
