Dairy Strong 2017: The Journey Forward will bring the dairy farming community together Jan. 18 and 19 in Madison, Wis. More than 600 farmers, corporate professionals and government and university representatives will explore the future of daily culture and economy of Wisconsin and the nation.
The conference will include a panel discussion about the growing Latino influence on U.S. food, agriculture and culture, featuring panelists from the Latino media, cuisine and farming community.
Jack Uldrich, acclaimed global futurist and best-selling author, will be a keynote speaker. Uldrich provides practical and actionable insights on future trends, emerging technologies and innovation. He is an adviser to Fortune 1000 companies and has spoken to hundreds of businesses and organizations on five continents.
A keynote by former White House press secretary, political commentator, New York Times No. 1 best-selling author, and co-host of “The Five” on Fox News, Dana Perino will kick off the conference. Perino, who spent extensive time on her grandparents’ ranch in Wyoming, will shed light on the recent election, media culture and political trends.
The event will also feature breakout sessions, panel discussions and shorter presentations on a new “Innovation Stage” located in the trade show area. Topics range from market predictions for 2017 to the use of “big data” in the dairy community.
