Congratulations to GÜnter Korthauer, the new Director of Technical Services for BouMatic®.
Mr. Korthauer joined BouMatic in April, 2013, as the Dairy Solutions Manager responsible for Europe. He focused on developing standard layout templates and tools to support the BouMatic Sales Force in planning, selling and installing Systems and Upgrades. Mr. Korthauer brings 30 years’ experience working in the milking equipment business during which time he has gained the highest level of respect from his customers and colleagues.
Mr.Korthauer grew up on a dairy farm and holds a degree from a high school renowned for its program for top professional metal and electrical processing technicians. He is a highly qualified electrical technician and refrigeration master.
In his new role, Mr. Korthauer reports directly to Lee Teng Hsu, Vice President, Global Customer Experience and is responsible for the operational excellence of the regional Technical Services Team in Europe and Asia. Mr. Korthauer is charged with leading dealer technical support, ensuring delivery of quality technical solutions to field issues, managing large dairy projects worldwide, and leading installation efforts at BouMatic.
