If I could choose one expo to attend, none would appeal to me more than the fifth annual Great American Dessert Expo and Coffeefest. My two favorite things, dessert and coffe in one place! This year’s expo was held in Atlanta, Ga. on June 1-3 and is the nation’s first trade show dedicated exclusively to the huge dessert industry. Part of the expo was the second annual competition, “Small Bite, Big Taste” contest.
