Wow, 38 years of service to one company. That’s impressive. That’s how long Larry Cade worked for Accelerated Genetics as Farm and Barn Manager.

Cade joined Accelerated Genetics, then Tri-State Breeders, on October 28, 1968 as one of five employees at the Production Facility located in Westby, Wisconsin. Throughout his career with Accelerated Genetics, Cade worked with all aspects of the bulls including: semen collection, feeding, exercising, clipping and washing. Eventually, he took on the role of Farm and Barn Manager, where he not only managed the bulls, but also close to 30 employees
