Marks grew up in New York on his family’s dairy farm. He attended Mohawk Valley Community College where he studied Engineering. Marks moved to Oregon where he established a 250 cow dairy with 200 acres of land. He now resides in Sheboygan, Wis. with his son and daughter.

Richard Coulthard is the new Membership Sales Representative for southern Wisconsin and northwestern Illinois. Coulthard will handle all direct farm sales, along with offering diverse Accelerated Genetics programs including dairy and beef genetics as well as an extensive animal health product line to customers

Coulthard grew up near Belmont, Wis. on his family’s 60-cow registered holstein dairy farm. He was active in the Lafayette County Holstein Association as well as Wisconsin and Holstein Association USA. Couthard studied at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville where he earned a Bachelors degree in Agriculture Business. Upon graduation from UW-Platteville he operated his family’s a 500-acre farm for 10 years and he worked as a dairy genetics consultant for another A.I. company for four years. He then served as a heavy equipment operator for four years. He now resides in Belmont, Wis.

Mark Mitchall is a new Regional Assistant for north-central Wisconsin. Mitchell will provide relief A.I. and assist with retail sales routes.

Mitchell grew up working on dairy farms near Hudson, Wis. He then established a dairy farm of his own where he exhibited cattle at local fairs as well as the Wisconsin State Fair. Mitchell studied Dairy Herd Management at Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College. He now resides in Hudson, Wis. with his wife Ann and their six children.

Kyle Westaby is a new Regional Assistant in central Wisconsin. Westaby will provide relief A.I. breeding and assist with retail sales routes.

Westaby grew up on a 54-cow dairy near Withee, Wis. In addition to working on his family dairy farm, Westaby was also employed at S.L.A.P. Inc. serving as shift manager. Westaby completed his education at Chippewa Valley Technical College where he obtained a degree as an AgriScience Technician. He is currently living in Withee, Wis. with his wife Lisa.

Josh Otte is a new professional A.I. Technician in northeastern Wisconsin. Otte will provide A.I. services as well as serve the communities in Manitowoc county with retail sales routes.

Otte grew up near Reedsville, Wis. on his family’s 100 cow dairy farm where he was responsible for the breeding program and daily cow care. Upon graduation, Otte worked in the construction field for five years. Otte curently resides in the Reedsville, Wis. area with his son.

Jacob Klindworth ia a new A.I. Technician for southeast Minnesota. Klindworth will provide A.I. services as well as serve the communities of Goodhue and Wabasha counties with retail sales routes.

Klindworth grew up on a 120 head beef and 80 cow dairy farm. He previously worked, on the family farm as well as worked for another A.I. company as a relief technician. He now resides at Mazeppa, MN.

Alex Scholze is the new Regional Assistant for southeast Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Scholze will provide relief A.I. breeding as well assist with retail sales routes.
