I think another core product for good probiotics is yoghurt, which is, in effect the same as cottage cheese!

I can’t find Friendship cottage cheese in Akron,Ohio are anymore. Use to buy at BJ’s Wholesale , they no longer
carrying it. Please advise I am lost without it.
